Having to dismantle our bedroom set after some major damage to our bedroom, we went straight to the Bed Store. Walking in, we were warmly greeted by Olivia who easily determined a Serta IComfort mattress would meet our needs. We decided, after much discussion, that the split king style would best fit our desire for an adjustable foundation base, which would still fit within our king sleigh-style bed frame. Olivia guided us to the exact comfort feature we'd get from a medium firm mattress, and we purchased a Blue Max 1000 mattress and base. Her professionalism and charming positive attitude really made this investment in a mattress perfectly painless.

Just purchased a new mattress at the Bed Store. We were greeted by Nick when we arrived. He spent a great deal of time with us explaining the different mattresses and helped us pick the perfect mattress for our needs. At time of delivery the bracket from the adjustable base did not fit my headboard. They immediately called the warehouse and scheduled another quick delivery with the prober attachment. I am an older lady with some medical problems, such as asthma and arthritis, and I wanted a mattress that would be non-toxic and comfortable. Nick spent a long time helping me compare mattresses and when I found one I liked, he let me try it on an adjustable frame. I love the combination I purchased. The mattress did not have a bad chemical odor like other mattresses I tried. The delivery men adjusted the legs on the frame so the bed is just the right height. I have been very satisfied with the quality of the service I received and would highly recommend this store and its products.

Just wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the beds that we purchased from you on the 14th.  Once we were convinced this was a necessary thing to do because of my pulmonary fibroses condition, you and your crew got on the stick and 3 days later I was able to sleep elevated

Just as my doctor had instructed me to. The two set-up men that brought the equipment to our house, (60+ miles one way) were terrific, friendly, and very courteous.  They were in and gone in no time. For 10 days, my wife awoke with a back ache every morning, and when she called you for advice about the situation, you suggested she try trading  mattress with me as I am approximately 100 #'s heavier than her and mine would be broken in quicker. We exchanged identical mattresses yesterday, mine was broken in enough that she awoke this AM with no back ache. We are hoping this is the answer, but if the back aches return, you were kind enough to offer to exchange if we need to.  Bless you.  A good night sleep is soooooo important to me as I, although I am retired, I am on the local fire department as a firefighter and also the department chaplain, and believe me, we are busy here. As an example,  during church service this morning, we had 3 calls in 1/2 hour span.  Thank you again, and if I hear of anyone who needs a new bed, I will send them to you.

The long day took us to numerous shops around West Knoxville but it ended pleasantly at one; The Bed Store. To whom it may concern, I just wanted to drop a note to say thanks for being an honest and up front retail store. I had shopped 2 other mattress locations Saturday before visiting your store. I was very specific about what I wanted and the other locations simply did not listen to what I was saying. Both locations tried to "flip" me to another brand that I did not want and to a price I did not want. I felt like they were trying to "sell" me something that either made them more money or they needed to move out. Needless to say I did not buy from them. I stopped into your store expecting the same treatment, but Nick totally blew me away. He was very straight forward, listened to what I was looking for and gave me a fair price. Most salespeople I’ve dealt with are salespeople first. They often know a lot about the products they’re selling, but it’s secondary. Nick at the Bed Store is more a mattress person who happens to be in sales. I would go as far as saying he’s a mattress nerd. After a few hours of evening research, I felt comfortable e-mailing him what I’d found and at what prices and inquiring how his products compared. He almost seemed excited to discuss materials, layers, and design and got back to me that night. Even when negotiating, he offered a lower price than we found online, saying it was lower a few weeks ago when he last checked. I left confident that if everything wasn’t to my liking, Nick would do whatever it took to make things right.
