We called the store before we went because we thought it might be closed by the time we got there. Nick Taylor, the store manager, answered our call and said he didn't mind staying if we wanted to come in. We were pleasantly surprised by THAT response. It's not often that someone would offer to stay late these days. My husband and I arrived 10 minutes before closing and Nick greeted us with kindness, professionalism, and made us feel like we were important. He never rushed us. Many places we went to the clerks seemed impatient with us or bored, but the store manager waited on us at the Kingston Pike location named Nick Taylor. He was wonderful. While we had not planned on buying an adjustable bed he pointed out that it might give me a better level of pain relief.....and it did. He told me to spend all the time I needed to get a feel for the differing mattresses and didn't hurry us in any way. He also was wonderful when we left to price compare and shop some more. He met a competitors price, bettered it with free delivery and gave us a generous sleep trial period. I have slept on this bed now for 2 weeks or so and it has helped a great deal. While a bed will not cure structural back problems, being able to sleep will make the rest of you feel much better and I do.
