I didn't even feel like I was dealing with a sales person the entire time. He actually cared about how we felt about the product and never tried to push a mattress over our price range. Needless to say, we did not bother to continue shopping and bought ourselves a new mattress! Posted 12.16.13 "I am a repeat customer! We bought a nice Serta Perfect Sleeper bed a few years ago and have really liked it. When I wanted to buy a second bed for a seldom used guest bedroom I shopped around again and was not impressed with the quality or service in other stores. I went back to The Bed Store on Kingston Pike. Nick Taylor was very helpful and worked within my budget. I was able to purchase a much nicer quality Marden bed for the same price than what I saw in cheaper quality in other stores. I also really like the delivery guys. Carlos was our person who delivered our first bed and second bed. So professional...it was raining and he put down protective rugs and wore shoe coverings and is considerate in every way. Posted 12.16.13 "On December 5th 2013 we were pleased to receive our order for a Simmons Beautyrest Mattress and Foundation. The delivery was made by your white glove service representatives Carlos and Josh. The Mattress and Foundation were fully protected on the truck and each piece wrapped in factory labeled protevtive material. We were delighted to find that The Bed Store carpets and shoe covers were used for entry and the pieces were unwrapped and installed with gloved hands. The removal was with the same care.
