This is how it works...

​​The Bed Store offers a Limited 60 Night Comfort Guarantee on the purchase of a Premium Mattress Set ($499 and above) beginning on the date of delivery. As it takes time to get used to your new sleeping surface, it requires that you sleep on your new mattress a minimum of 14 nights prior to making a judgment. If you are not completely satisfied at that point, simply contact your salesperson and arrange to select another mattress set of your choice. This offer is good for one exchange from the original purchase and does not include any money back should your new selection cost less. Not included are delivery charges, restocking fees, or special incurred costs due to the comfort exchange. Other terms and conditions:

•  You must use a NEW Mattress Protector that is rated for the mattress purchased.

•  Any presence of odors or stains voids offer
•  All labels on mattress and box spring must be intact.
•  Adjustable bases do not qualify for comfort guarantee.
•  Mattress set that is being picked up must be in excellent condition

•  Closeout, As Is, and Special Order products are excluded
•  Mattress set under $499 are excluded
•  Re-delivery fees apply.
•  Any free or comped items/accessories will be deducted from total.
